DB55 Event House Rules

1. Entry and Exit Rules
- Tickets: All attendees must present a valid ticket or invitation at the entrance. No entry without a valid ticket.
- ID Requirements: Attendees must carry a government-issued photo ID for age verification.
- Lost Tickets: In case of lost tickets, proof of purchase and identification must be provided at the box office for reissue.
2. Security Procedures
- Bag Checks: All bags and personal items are subject to inspection. Please cooperate with security staff.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are not allowed: weapons, drugs, clothing with offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate messages (including symbols or graphics), outside food or drink, large umbrellas and any items that may be used to cause harm.
3. Behaviour and Conduct
- Respectful Behaviour: Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully towards other guests and staff. Aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Substance Use: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. The venue reserves the right to deny entry or eject individuals suspected of drug use.
- Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Inclusivity: DB55 is a venue that has the highest priority for all visitors to feel safe & respected. If you feel unsafe or harassed in any way, please report this at the bar or to our staff.
4. Health and Safety
- Emergency Exits: Familiarise yourself with the location of emergency exits. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the staff.
5. Lost and Found
- Reporting Lost Items: Any lost items should be reported to the lost and found desk located at the entrance of DB55.
6. Food and Beverage
- Purchasing: All food and beverages must be purchased from the venue’s authorised vendors.
- Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless authorised for special dietary needs.
7. Parking and Transportation
- Parking: Parking is available at the street or at any parking lot in the neighbourhood. Follow the venue’s signage and staff instructions.
- Public Transport: We encourage the use of public transportation or ride-sharing services. The venue is accessible via bus 48 from the Central Station in Amsterdam.
8. Personal Items and Valuables
- Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The venue is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Valuables: Keep valuables with you at all times or use the venue’s secure storage options if available.
9. Event-Specific Rules
- Access Areas: Only authorised personnel or ticket holders with the appropriate pass are allowed in restricted areas.
- Special Needs: Attendees with special needs should contact the event organizers in advance to arrange necessary accommodations.
10. Compliance
- Rule Adherence: By attending the event, you agree to comply with all house rules and staff instructions.
- Ejection Policy: Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate ejection from the venue without a refund.
